First video posted!

Well, it was to a subscriber count of 0 (not including myself!) that I published the first video on my Timeline to Travel YouTube channel. We took my Mum to the wonderful city of Wells and spent the day looking around.

This gave me the perfect opportunity to really give the DJI Pocket 3 a good run. The Cathedral with it’s “Doves of Peace” installation made for some stunning visuals. Also the city itself is really a special place to wander around.

I’m calling these tour videos “Quick Trips” and they’ll be in their own playlist on the YouTube channel going forward. I edited the entire video on my iPad while I was off work with a nasty cold/flu.

I’m still recording daily video entries to - but plan on editing them into maybe months, and post a few of them in block. I’ve got to plan those blocks and start putting them together. As good as the iPad with LumaFusion is - I don’t how sustainable editing on full time is. I’ve promised myself that I’ll edit 5 videos on LumaFusion before I bite the bullet and get a more powerful edit laptop. I’ve been watching loads of reviews about the new Apple Macbook Air M3. It’s niiice - but it’s also close to £2,000. Ouch.
